The absolute best crystal for minimizing stress and increasing focus.  It brings order to chaos, both outside and in, and when we’re able to calm the stress and chaos within we are better able to start to work on bringing that to our everyday lives. A stone of release, shifting and harmony. The rainbow variation of the stone commonly includes colours of purple, blue, teal or green or a combination all.

Though each crystal has properties listed that are associated with it, as I tell my students, always trust your intuition if you feel the stone does something different for you or benefits you some other way. And if you feel drawn to certain stones and you have no idea why, again always trust that your intuition is helping to guide you in the direction that will allow for your maximum growth.
